Services

Kuwait Taxi Service provides a taxi booking and transportation service. We offer a variety of taxi services, including airport transfers, city tours, corporate transportation, special event transportation, parcel delivery, and school transportation.

Booking a Taxi

You can book a taxi with Kuwait Taxi Service by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to +96597691676, or by emailing [email protected]. You will need to provide the following information:

Your name
Your contact information (phone number, email address)
Your pick-up and drop-off locations
Your preferred time of travel
The number of passengers

Payment

Only cash

We understand that some customers may prefer to pay for their taxi rides with a credit card or debit card. However, at this time, Kuwait Taxi Service only accepts cash payments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working on adding more payment options in the future.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your taxi booking at any time, but there may be a cancellation fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

Liability

Kuwait Taxi Service is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services. This includes damages or losses caused by delays, accidents, or the actions of our drivers.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait.
